Refund policy

 

Having second thoughts? No worries!

We offer a 14 day exchange or return for store credit timeline! To be eligible for store credit or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you purchase online and need to ship your item back, you as the customer are responsible for the cost of the return shipping label. Once the item is received on our end we will process the refund for store credit or exchange.

Some goods are exempt from being returned.

SEZZLE REFUNDS: Their is a $10 sezzle refund fee if you need to refund, exchange or cancel a sezzle online order.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • All food products and consumables
  • Hats & Toques
  • All drinkware including but not limited to: water bottles, mugs ,& wine glasses
  • Scrunchies
  • Underwear
  • ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Your refund will be processed in-store, and a credit will be applied to a gift card.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items are eligible for exchange or store credit. ALL $50 & $25 rack clothing items and items 40% or more off original price is FINAL SALE.

If an item is bought during a “storewide sale” but is a normal regular priced item, it is available for normal refund and IS NOT final sale

Exchanges (if applicable)
If you need to exchange an item, please visit us in store at 359 Victoria St., Kamloops, BC.

Gifts
A gift receipt or receipt is needed to get a refund. Refunds are 14 days and you will get a gift card or exchange.

Need to return an online order?

Shipping, insurance and tracking are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive the package, we will inspect the item before processing the refund. Please include your original packing slip with your return. Refund amount will be made on a gift card or your item can be exchanged for another item.

We cannot be held responsible for wrongfully entered shipping details resulting in lost or returned packages. Please make sure you entered the correct shipping address at checkout

CHRISTMAS POLICY

Purchases made on or after November 15th will be included in our Christmas return policy. Last day for exchange or return is January 10th.
